Clare Jacky
Clare Jacky is a People and Business Operations coach supporting clients through strategic planning, team development, change management, cultural innovation, organizational design, and leadership development. In her consultancy, she works with founders and leaders in a variety of industries and stages of growth, including startups, scaling technology companies, agencies, and non-profit organizations.
A strong generalist, Clare has held leadership roles in both Operations and HR. She has deep experience in leadership development, high-performing team models, performance management, feedback practices, and strategic planning. She is a strong believer in the connection between leaders who cultivate high trust and accountability and strong business outcomes. She embraces a systems thinking, data-driven, people-centric approach with her clients.
Clare holds an M.A. in Organization Development and Change Management from the University of St. Thomas and a B.A. in International Studies from Macalester College. Additionally, she is certified in the Bridges Coaching, and holds CPI and Predictive Index Certifications.
Kristy Wulkan
Kristy Wulkan is an executive coach who is passionate about supporting mission-driven organizations. She has been a coach for over 10 years, helping clients achieve results through building awareness, confidence, and accountability. Her coaching superpower is making people feel seen and heard.
As a leader, Kristy has worked within and alongside executives at digital health startups for 10 years. She partnered closely with cross-functional groups to design and execute company strategy. She has led highly engaged, high performing teams through growth in fast-paced settings. She has worked within organizations in various stages of maturity, from Series A startup to Fortune 50 companies.
Kristy is a Board-Certified Coach (BCC). She holds an MA in Holistic Health from St. Catherine University and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She trained at the Center for Executive Coaching and is also certified in the Bridges Coaching Method and Hogan Assessments. In addition to her executive coach training, she trained in wellness coaching at Mayo Clinic and is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).
Kristy lives in Minneapolis, MN with her husband and two young boys. She enjoys traveling, adventuring outside, spending time with her family, baking sourdough bread, and keeping her Duolingo streak alive.

Jill Bornstein
Jill is an Executive Coach and Senior Leader with over 25 years of experience. Her background as a finance executive at General Electric, business founder, elected community leader, and President of several non-profit boards developed her competencies as a successful growth accelerator, business strategist, team champion, connector, and partnership builder.
She specializes in developing high potential leaders, rising executives and entrepreneur leaders who want to position themselves for their next. Jill also works with teams to become high performing with a healthy culture so they can achieve exciting, important, or daunting goals. Susan Auer
Susan has served in “Corporate America” in large and small companies and have a passion for bringing people together for common understanding of mission and values. She is known as a cultural architect in organizations and strives to uncover what makes individuals heart come alive.
Susan is a thoughtful relationship healer, a change agent and ally. She has been called a natural coach and mentor and it’s one of her very favorite ways of showing up. She builds bridges between people, strategy, and process and able to see through to suggest and help implement great change and ways of working.
