Nataly Huff

Nataly is an experienced leader known for challenging the status quo and creating measurable, sustainable change. She brings hands-on experience mobilizing cross-functional teams and rallying colleagues from all functions and geographics to buy into bold new ideas. With more than 15 years in leadership focusing on growth and retention marketing, Nataly’s experience spans B2C, B2B2C, and prosumer spaces with a proven track record in achieving sustainable growth for small-scale start-ups as well as mature global organizations.

Nataly has been hiring, inspiring, and managing world-class, high-performing teams of 10-30 marketing directors, managers, and staff, with dotted-line oversight of hundreds more personnel. She is a firm believer in trust, feedback, and context as the key drivers for a professional environment where team members feel valued, are engaged, and stay productive. Throughout her career, Nataly has provided mentorship to numerous teams and individuals, nurturing the development of their technical and soft skills that have been instrumental in supporting their career progression and personal growth.

Jori Maurer

Jori Maurer is a marketing strategist and leadership coach with 15+ years of experience. She has deep industry experience in tech, having run small and large teams at small start-ups as well as large, PE-backed firms. She’s run marketing, customer success, and HR teams and has deep experience enabling newer managers and supporting leaders who need to work cross functionally to be successful. She’s currently leading a workforce transformation project across a team of 700 as chief of staff to the CMO. 

Her biggest personal achievements have always been with people. She’s most proud of helping multiple people change careers and jump into new teams, promoting first time managers and coaching them as they manage people for the first time, and supporting people through tough times of change and transformation. Her super power is helping people find what makes them tick and aligning those motivators with meaningful work.

Jori holds a bachelor of arts from Scripps College and is certified in the Bridges Coaching Method.

Anna lives outside of Indianapolis with her husband of over 20 years and is a new empty nester. She holds a doctorate in marketing from Northcentral University, an MBA and MAT from University of Indianapolis.

Grace Twesigye

Grace works holistically to help people seize opportunities to create mindful change in their lives. She is a leadership coach with over a decade of experience working with executives, managers, and entrepreneurs across various industries and organizational structures, including (but not limited to) startups, nonprofits, universities, and tech companies.

Building upon her experience as an attorney, people-services practitioner, and DEI&B leader, Grace uses a strengths-based holistic approach and creates a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their strengths and areas of opportunity.

Grace obtained her BA from Kenyon College, her JD from Boston College Law School, and, most recently, became an ICF-accredited coach through the Hudson Institute of Coaching. She lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her husband, son, and two cats.

Victor Thompson

Victor Thompson is a leadership coach and business consultant who enjoys partnering with leaders to magnify their unique gifts and talents and holds a strong passion to explore ways they can enhance their mindsets and elevate their environments. With a diverse background that includes over 20 years of business leadership, change management and executive coaching experience, Victor is committed to establishing inclusive and caring environments that facilitate growth and new insights.

Victor has held leadership positions with multiple organizations where he has had first-hand experience transforming businesses and developing teams. His clients delight in his ability to establish a trusting and non-threatening environment while challenging their thought processes to gain clarity and enhance effectiveness. He is also known for his ability to partner withorganizations to increase employee engagement, leverage diversity and accelerate performance.

Victor has completed doctoral coursework in Organization Development at the University of St. Thomas and is certified to facilitate a variety of assessments and coaching models. When not working, Victor may be found playing games and exploring escape rooms with his wife and four daughters, working out, coaching youth sports, writing the next great novel and/or self-help book and sometimes binging on Netflix or Marvel movies.

Drea Tuott, PsyD

Dr. Tuott is a leadership coach with a holistic approach helping maximize focus, clarity, and confidence in the workplace. Dr. Tuott has specific expertise in helping individuals and cultures build resilience and foster DEIB.

Her career includes a background in neuroscience, assessment community education, mental health services, and addiction recovery. She is also a life coach, certified in the Bridges Coaching Method.

Dr. Tuott received her BA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Argosy University and her MA and Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas.
